These vintage textiles worn as skirts in the villages of Guatemala were loomed by hand in a technique known as Jaspé, which produces a linear, geometric design that is complex and mesmerizing.
The two pillows in this collection have additional handmade elements, such as tassels, embroidery and fringe that create a standalone statement, but can also be mixed and matched. All backed with a foot loomed cotton textile.
Small Lumbar measures 12 x 20 inches and has natural white double tassels in each of the four corners.
Small Square measure 17 x 17 inches and has natural white fringe surrounding all edges.
